A Project Led by Study in France

Since its creation, Study in France has been driven by a clear mission: to improve the welcome and integration of international students in France. This commitment is at the heart of everything we do and was officially included in our charter in 2022.

To achieve this goal, we focus on several key areas:

🎯 Simplifying the preparation process
Visas, housing, administrative procedures… We guide students through each step to make their arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible.

🎯 Breaking language barriers
Our platform is multilingual, with content currently available in French and English, and we’ll soon be adding Chinese, Arabic, and Spanish to reach even more students.

🎯 Providing reliable and transparent information
We take pride in delivering accurate, well-sourced, and educational content. Every resource is independently written to ensure objective and useful information for students.

🎯 Encouraging integration on campus
We highlight student associations, promote French language learning (FLE), and facilitate interactions between local and international students to foster a welcoming environment.

And the best part? It’s completely free for both institutions and students. Why and how? Learn more in our Manifesto.

The Student Hub: A Key Asset for Earning or Strengthening the Bienvenue en France Label

The Bienvenue en France label, launched by Campus France in late 2018, recognizes institutions that offer a high-quality welcome for international students.

Today, 160 institutions have been awarded the label and actively contribute to improving student support in France.

Campus France evaluates several criteria, including:

A one-stop student support service A comprehensive welcome guide A multilingual website Integration and orientation events And 24 other indicators detailed in their reference framework

With the Student Hub, a number of these criteria are already covered. By 2028, our goal is to meet 12 indicators, including 10 "welcome package" criteria, to help institutions enhance their student support practices.

Our Vision

Currently in its beta version, the Student Hub is already available in Rennes, and its rollout is expanding. While we can’t reveal everything just yet, we can confidently say we’ll be busy until 2028!

As mentioned earlier, our goal is to meet 12 indicators of the "Bienvenue en France" label (level 2 or 3), including 10 "welcome package" criteria. Here’s what’s coming next:

A nationwide expansion: The Student Hub will soon be accessible in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, and over 30 other student cities. New features are in development, and some can already be viewed in our roadmap.
A dedicated housing search platform for international students: Housing is one of the biggest challenges for students in mobility. We aim to remove this barrier by creating a platform specifically designed for international students.
A tool to facilitate job searches: We are developing a multilingual platform that centralizes student job, internship, and apprenticeship offers, making it easier for international students to enter the job market.

And that’s just the beginning—we have many more projects in the works and can’t wait to share them with you! 😊

Everything was new to me and I don’t speak a word of French. I got paired with a French student through the buddy system, that helped a lot. Many thanks from Turkey!

I was super lost with all the French stuff tbh. Your website made it wayyy easier, especially figuring out health insurance, the bank stuff, and my mobile plan. Saved me a lot of stress.

Merci 😊

Very useful. I used it for opening my bank account and to understand which home insurance to get. Feels made for us. Would love a mobile app though.

I liked the tone of your website, just clear and helpful. I used it to get a guarantor and also for getting my Korrigo card in Rennes. Didnt need for bank since I already had a N26 account 😜
