A Free Space for Your Association on Study in France and Plenty of Resources for Your Students

We know how stressful moving to a new country can be! Administrative procedures, language barriers, and the loneliness of the first few days… So many questions, missing friends from back home—it’s not always easy!

At Study in France, we want to make things simpler. That’s why we’ve created the Student Hub, a platform packed with guides, resources, and advice to help students prepare before they arrive.

And once they’re in France, we connect them with student associations like yours. To make everything as smooth as possible, we’re offering a free partnership. Let us explain how it works 😉

A Quick Look at Our Association Partnerships

Join us in our mission to make it easier for international students to prepare, settle in, and feel at home in France.

A Dedicated App for Your Students

We create a dedicated space for your association on our app, the Student Hub.

100% free, the Student Hub brings together all the essential information and resources international students at your school need to prepare for their time in France.

A Page to Showcase Your Association

We feature your association on our website with a personalized page, co-written with you, to introduce your team and your mission.

It’s a great way to boost your visibility!👌

Funding for Your Events

We also want to support your initiatives by helping finance events you organize at the start of the academic year.

City tours, social events, weekend trips—any activity that helps students settle in and feel at home is eligible!

How Do We Help International Students?

It’s simple: we bring together all the key information, resources, and tips that international students need in one place. And if they can’t find the answer online, our community helpers are there to guide them ☺️

Visas, housing, guarantors, health insurance, student insurance, bank accounts, rental insurance, APL (housing aid), French courses… We cover it all!

And thanks to the support of our partners—schools, associations, and institutions—we do everything we can to ensure students have a great experience on-site. As former Erasmus students and ESN network members, we know how crucial those first few weeks on campus are and how much student associations matter.

That’s why we’re so committed to partnering with associations! But what does this mean for you?

What’s in It for Your Association?

A Dedicated Space on the Student Hub: Your own section on our app, so international students at your school can easily find all the information they need. A Personalized Page: We create a page on our association platform with you to introduce your team and increase your visibility among students. A Communication Kit: To help with September and January intakes, we provide posters, social media visuals, and goodies 🎉

Everything was new to me and I don’t speak a word of French. I got paired with a French student through the buddy system, that helped a lot. Many thanks from Turkey!

I was super lost with all the French stuff tbh. Your website made it wayyy easier, especially figuring out health insurance, the bank stuff, and my mobile plan. Saved me a lot of stress.

Merci 😊

Very useful. I used it for opening my bank account and to understand which home insurance to get. Feels made for us. Would love a mobile app though.

I liked the tone of your website, just clear and helpful. I used it to get a guarantor and also for getting my Korrigo card in Rennes. Didnt need for bank since I already had a N26 account 😜

J’ai utilisé le Hub pour les assurances, le forfait et la banque. C’est simple, on évite les galères.
