2025–2026: Key milestones
Thanks to your feedback, we’ve co-created our roadmap through to 2028. Here are the key milestones planned for the 2025–2026 academic year (new features, major projects, goals). Enjoy the read!
Q4 2025: ISH Global and a focus on student associations
By the end of 2025, we’re launching the global version of the International Student Hub: designed for all international students whose host city isn’t yet covered by Study in France. This lighter version won’t include local content (associations, public transport, etc.) but will still focus on the key topics to help students prepare for their stay.
At the same time, we’re improving the app (still in beta) with several updates: easier account creation, a new homepage, an interactive checklist, and more covered topics (CVEC, CROUS, travel insurance…).
Finally, we’re starting a major project: mapping all student associations that welcome international students on our “assos” space. Our goal is to give them greater visibility and make it easier for international and French students to connect 🙌
Q1 2026: International Student Hub rollout and more local content
For the first quarter of 2026, our goal is to roll out the Student Hub in the 20 largest student cities in France (and up to 40 by the end of the year). The list of cities is available here, and the rollout order will be based on the number of international students in each city.
At the same time, we’re adding more local content to the site: presentations of French student cities and their specific features. The aim is to help students who are still undecided choose their destination for their year abroad, and to give those who already know their host city a first glimpse of what awaits them at the start of the academic year.
Q2 2026: V1.3 and back-to-school preparation
In the second quarter of 2026, the rollout of the International Student Hub continues, along with improvements to the platform with the release of version 1.3. Even more content and resources will be available to students: explanatory videos, welcome booklets, support for APL applications, and more.
It’s also time to prepare for the new academic year. Together with our partners (universities, schools, residences, and associations), we’re making sure that as many international students as possible can be supported between June and September 👌
Q3 2026: University intake and informative content
July, August, and September are always the busiest months of the year. We’ll ease up a little on innovation to focus on operations.
The rollout of the International Student Hub will continue in France’s main student cities. At the same time, we’ll keep expanding the resources section with new content: healthcare in France, the French education system, language learning (FLE label and DILF, DELF, DALF exams), and, more broadly, life in France (cost of living, culture, tips).
Q4 2026: Mobile version and focus on guidance
More and more students are asking us about their school choices: which engineering school to choose, which business school to prioritize, and which universities offer programs in English? In 2026, we want to address these questions with a clear goal: helping international students find their way and more easily choose the institution they want to apply to.
At the same time, we’ll be launching version 1.4 of the International Student Hub… along with its mobile version! 🎉
