These general terms and conditions of use (referred to as “Terms and Conditions” or “T&C”) are intended to provide legal framework for the terms of provision of the website and services by StudyinFrance and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the “User.”

These T&C can be accessed on the website under the “T&C” section.

Any registration or use of the website implies the User’s acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these T&C. When registering on the website via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T&C by checking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the T&C, and I accept them.”

In case of non-acceptance of the T&C stipulated in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website. https://www.studyinfrance.org reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T&C at any time.

ARTICLE 2: Access to the Website

The website https://www.studyinfrance.org allows the User free access to the following services:

  • We improve the reception and integration of international students in France, without cultural, social, or economic discrimination.
  • We simplify the administrative procedures that international students face to facilitate their stay preparations.
  • We work to overcome language barriers by providing international students with a multilingual platform and encouraging them to take French courses (FLE).
  • We inform students of their rights and responsibilities in an educational manner.
  • We promote friendly exchanges between French and international students to enhance their integration and share French culture and heritage.

The website is accessible for free from anywhere to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

Non-registered Users do not have access to the application designed by StudyinFrance, the “International Student Hub.” To do so, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register on this digital platform, the registered User agrees to provide sincere and accurate information about their civil status and contact details, including their email address.

To access the services, the User must then log in using their email address and the password provided to them after registration.

Any User who is properly registered may also request their deregistration by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable timeframe. Any event resulting from force majeure that leads to a malfunction of the website or server, and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance purposes, does not hold https://www.studyinfrance.org responsible. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the option to contact the website by email at the publisher’s email address provided in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

The website ensures the User’s collection and processing of personal information in compliance with privacy laws in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computers, files, and freedoms.

The User must seek prior permission from the website for any reproduction, publication, or copying of different content. The User agrees to use the website’s content strictly for private use; any commercial and advertising use is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this website by any means, without the express authorization of the website operator, would constitute an infringement sanctioned by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

It is recalled in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies, or publishes protected content must cite the author and the source.

ARTICLE 9: Applicable Law and jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear it.
